On 16 October 2019, Prof. Panos Merkouris participated in the International Tax Governance and the Digitalization of the Economy in a Broader Perspective Kick-Off Seminar where he gave a presentation on the possible points of entry for general public international law norms, including customary international law, in international tax law.
The seminar was organized by the ERC Research Project GLOBTAXGOV.
