On 5 April 2019, our PhD Researcher Nina Mileva presented her paper “The Under-Representation of Third World States in Customary International Law: can interpretation bridge the gap?” at the 2019 ESIL Research Forum in Gottingen. Nina’s presentation sparked a lively debate, and received positive feedback.
