Prof. Panos Merkouris was interviewed for an award-winning documentary series on European issues, 28 Europe. This particular installment of the series focused on ERC Starting Grant laureates from Greece. Prof. Merkouris discussed his project, the allure of studying public international law and working in the Netherlands, the Greek ‘brain-drain’ and showed the crew around our beautiful University and the city of Groningen.
